The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, expected in early 2025, introduces some notable refinements and upgrades over the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It will reportedly feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor (known for substantial efficiency gains and performance improvements) and may include up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage options. However, the battery capacity is likely to remain at 5,000 mAh, with 45W fast charging.
For display, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will likely have a slightly larger 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with enhanced anti-reflection and possibly slimmer bezels. While the display panel might still use M13 materials instead of newer ones, improvements in brightness and efficiency are expected.
In terms of design, Samsung is said to be making the S25 Ultra slimmer and more ergonomically curved, with titanium edges and a sleeker camera setup similar to recent Z Fold models. It will continue with a 200MP main camera but may upgrade the ultrawide lens to 50MP for better low-light performance.
